What we collect
Contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
Quotation form: company name, contact name, e-mail address, phone number, country, and the products, colours and quantities you request.
Automatically: IP address, browser and device information, and website usage statistics collected through cookies.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and to prepare and send a quotation — because this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To manage our commercial relationship with you and to improve our products and this website — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and developing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To keep the records that tax and commercial law require us to keep (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who we share it with
Our website hosting and e-mail provider, our website analytics provider, and competent public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Where your data is processed
Our website and e-mail are hosted in Türkiye, so the data you submit is stored and processed there. Türkiye is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Where you contact us from the EEA or the UK, the transfer is necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract concluded in your interest. Our analytics provider may process usage data outside Türkiye.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the retention periods required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, or for it to be corrected, erased or restricted; you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you may ask to receive your data in a portable form. Write to info@brezzapet.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
