Cat litter box manufacturer
We injection mould plastic cat litter boxes in İstanbul — open trays, sieve models and hooded boxes, in eight models across the size range. Brezza Pet is the pet product brand of Şenyayla Plastik, an injection moulder of 46 years.

Open trays nest, and that changes the freight
The open trays stack inside one another and ship ten to a carton — about 0,0096 m³ per unit on model 5081. A hooded box cannot nest that way and runs at five to a carton; the large hooded box works out at roughly 0,049 m³ per unit, five times the space.
In practice this means open trays carry their freight across long distances far better, while hooded boxes earn their place on shelf value. Most of our export buyers load both and use the trays to fill the gaps.
Material
All models are moulded in polypropylene: 100% recyclable, resistant to impact and to the detergents used to clean a litter tray, and smooth enough that litter and waste do not key into the surface.
We also produce matching litter mats, which are usually bought alongside.

Quality and certification
Production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and an ISO 22000 food safety management system. Products that come into contact with food or water are made from food-contact grade material.

Carton sizes and m³ figures are published on every product page. Our quotation tool calculates total cartons, m³ and container fill across a mixed selection and gives you a PDF sheet to pass to your freight forwarder.
