Şenyayla Plastik has been injection moulding in İstanbul for 46 years. Brezza Pet is its pet product brand. We manufacture cat litter boxes, pet carriers, feeding bowls, water and food dispensers, litter mats, dog kennels and pet beds — under our own brand and under our customers’ brands — and ship to more than 100 countries.
Manufacturing
Production runs on injection presses from 120 to 2100 tonnes of clamping force, across three shifts. That range lets us make everything from a small feeding bowl to a large dog kennel in one plant — we do not subcontract the large parts.
Every product is moulded in polypropylene. PP is 100% recyclable, resists impact and detergents, and washes clean — which is what matters in a product a pet uses every day.
Mould design and revision are handled in-house. New product development, changes to an existing mould and customer-specific mould requests are all assessed by the same team.

External dimensions, units per carton, carton volume and barcode are published openly on every product page. You do not have to ask us for them at quotation stage.
Production under your brand
We produce from our existing moulds under your own brand:
- custom colour — assessed per product and order quantity
- branded packaging — your own label, sleeve and carton print
- barcode in your name — your own GS1 numbers or ours
- customer-specific mould — assessed by quantity and by agreement

Quality and certification
Production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and an ISO 22000 food safety management system. Products that come into contact with food or water are made from food-contact grade material.
In the pet carrier range, design takes into account the criteria of IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR) Container Requirement 1, which governs the air transport of live animals.
Shipping and container loading
With plastic pet products, freight cost is driven by volume, not weight. That is why we publish the carton size and m³ figure of every product on the site.

Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. We produce from our existing moulds with your colour, your packaging and your barcode. You need to own the brand or have an application in progress.
Is a custom colour possible?
It is. Which product and which quantities it can be done in varies by item; we assess it together once we have your request.
Can we have a customer-specific mould?
You can. The terms are set according to quantities and the agreement reached; we assess it together once we have your request.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, the colour and the packaging. For stock items in standard colours, carton multiples govern; where a custom colour or custom packaging is involved, the production batch comes into play. We give you the exact figure per product when you submit the quotation form.
What are your lead times?
They vary with stock position, whether custom colour or packaging is involved, and order volume. We confirm the lead time for your specific order in writing with the quotation.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We work EXW, FOB and CIF. We agree the most suitable option for your port and country at quotation stage.
